• Walleye:
Broiled walleye fillet served with parsley buttered baby red potatoes, medley of vegetables and fresh baked roll with butter
• Chicken Parmesan
Lightly breaded chicken breast served over linguini noodles and topped with sun-dried tomato cream sauce and pine nuts, green beans and bread
• Vegetable Lasagna
Baked vegetable and cheese lasagna with marinara sauce served with side salad or vegetable of the day
